Step 1 - Find the products you want to buy.

1. Click “Order Now” button to make order.
   
   
2. Fill in the product code ID and related information.
   
   
3. Please make sure the information given is correct.

There are a few options of payment: Maybank2U online Transfer, Maybank ATM transfer or direct bank-in (cash deposit) at your convenience.

A)Cash Deposit

Bank in the total payable to the bank stated below either by internet transfer, cash deposit machine or bank counter.

After payment is done, kindly send us an email or sms to inform us of the payment transaction.

After receiving the payment, we will process your order and make the delivery.

B)Maybank2U Online

1. Please register the TAC- "Transaction Authorisation Code" through Maybank ATM machine.
   
   
2. Log on to http://www.maybank2u.com.my with your username and password.
   
   
3. Click on "Utilities" button on the left panel.
   
   
4. Follow by "TAC Request"button. “TAC” page will be displayed.
   
   
5. Click on “Request TAC Now!” button at the bottom of the page.
   
   
6. The 6 digit TAC number will be sent to your mobile within few seconds.
   
   
7. Click on "Funds Transfer" button on the left panel, then follow by "Open 3 rd Party Accounts" button.
   
   
8. Enter SimplyChic.com.my account number (1645 5704 2033) at “To Open 3rd Party Account” field.
   
   
9. Enter SimplyChic.com.my email address (cathy@simplychic.com.my) at the “3rd Party Email Address” field.
   
   
10. Enter the correct Amount and choose Effective Date as today.
    
    
11. Click on "Next" button.
    
    
12. Please make sure the Account Holder details is correct : Name- Lee Pei Qing, Email-cathy@simplychic.com.my and the amount payable.
    
    
13. Enter the TAC number that you received at TAC field.
    
    
14. Click on "Confirm" button.
    
    
15. The " Funds Transfer" page will be displayed.
    
    
16. Send/SMS us the Reference Number shown on "Funds Transfer" page as proof of payment.

17. After confirmation checked on your payment, we will process your order and make the delivery.

1. Customer shall be liable for all fees, charges and costs (including bank charges, processing fees, shipping, taxes, etc) arising out of or in connection with cancellation or reversal of the payment transaction.
   
Upon failure of receiving the payment within the specified duration, the customer’s order shall be deemed cancelled.


The delivery process will only be initiated within 48 hours of working day upon receiving the payment (provided that there is stock in hand).


Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the products to arrive, depending on the location of the recipient and stock availability.


Products sold are not refundable.
